Thanda paani baraf wala 8 cup
2: 3 piece baad e khatai k phool, ye ap ko
pansaar ki dukan se aasani k saath mil jaayen gen.
3: Choti ilaayichi 12 pieces
4: Pink Food Color
Preparation of Kashmiri Chaye (PINK TEA)
Sab
se pehlay aik daigchi (Bartan) lain len
Ab
uss bartan main 3 cup full thanda baraf wala paani daalain
Or
saathi hi 3 pieces Baad-e-Khatai k phool daal dain
Or
saath hi 12 pieces ilaayichi k uss bartan main daal dain
Or
aag jala kar cholhay par rakh dain or jab paani boil honay lagay to uss main
half tea spoon khanay ka meetha soda daal dain or ussay achi tarhan paknay dain
or saath saath chamach se hilatay jaayen jab tak woh paani pak kar 1 cup ya iss
se kuch zeyada na reh jaaye.
Jab
paani 1 cup reh jaaye to halka halka PINK color zahir hona shuru ho jaaye ga,
ab phir iss main 2 cup full thanda baraf wala paani daal dain.
Ab
aap ne iss ko phir se pakaana hai yahan tak k paani phir se 1 cup reh jaaye,
jab paani pak kar 1 cup reh jaaye to phir se iss main 3 cup paani or daal dain,
iss ka kheyaal aap ne rakhna hai k paani thanda baraf wala hona chahiye.
Ab
phir se pakana hai, jab paani aadha reh jaaye to bartan ko cholhay se utaar
lain or thanda honay k liye rakh dain.
Jab
Kashmiri Chaye ka mixture thanda ho jaye to ussa main thora sa PINK FOOD COLOR daal kar aik air tight jar main daal
kar mehfoz kar lain or fridge main rakh lain.

1 maheena aap issay istimaal kar saktay hain easily.
